Rubrics

The Speech Department has developed a variety of grading and informational rubrics for public speaking and group discussions.

Group Discussion Rubric: This rubric can assist with developing good group discussions and participation.
Persuasive Speech Rubric: Grading rubric for evaluating persuasive speeches, either traditional or following Monroe's motivated sequence.
