This is the document that has a column on the
left for the DSM criteria etc. and the right hand column for specific symptoms
etc. from a case.
I recommend that you use this to get started on describing the person you are
creating for your final project. You can even submit this as the
'description of the symptoms, linked to the DSM criteria' in your final project.
You still need to write a narrative biography/history, but I think this will
help you organize some of your thoughts.
