Instructional Computing Help Ticket
System
If you are having trouble accessing your files or logging in
please use the following link to submit a help ticket to the
Instructional Computing (IC) staff. It is important that we
use this system so that problems can be resolved quickly and
tracked. Please also use this system for printer problems and
for issues that might occur outside of class hours.
Do not use this system for issues that you might be having
specifically with AutoCAD or SolidWorks. For those issues
please contact your instructor directly.
