If your system halted at this point this is because you may not have the latest Java 2 runtime environment installed on your computer. The CD has the software which you can install, or download the latest version of Java by going to: http://java.com/en/download/windows_ie.jsp.  If you have Java 2 installed then you will have the following window. Click yes to continue

The 10-Key Mastery Application will open the click on OPEN existing student file icon

Select your class then select your name from the “Choose Data File” and click the “Open” button

Enter the given ID number by your instructor

Then enter your 18 access key from the book. The access serial code reside behind the CD in your book.

After a successful login the below window will appear. Then click

Access the Setup menu to see the accuracy and the grading scale

Double click on the Lessons Menu to begin with your exercise then choose your exercise number

To Exit the 10-Key just close your windows.
