The Highline Community College Library is a place where literary,
artistic and reference materials such as books, periodicals,
newspapers and a variety of media sources are available for student,
staff and public use. The Library is a cultural asset and an
essential core of knowledge.
Designed to meet the needs of the college community, the library
collection includes materials offered in a wide variety of subjects
and formats. In the Information Commons Area, located
on the Plaza level, there are computers available for Internet
researching. Comfortable facilities are provided for individual and
group study as well as leisure enjoyment.
The library is also a
training ground for many people. Numerous courses, workshops and
tours are available throughout the year. The fifth floor
Boardroom is one of the most convenient and functional meeting
rooms in the area, and is available to state and local government
