If there really big problems (like the catalog is down) and you have not been able to get a hold of anyone, send an email to the CIS Help Desk and have them pass it on to the CIS technical support staff support@cis.ctc.edu

During Evenings and Weekends:
Sorry, but on most evenings or weekends there is no support for Voyager related problems.  Problems experienced, and reported, during this time will be attended to beginning the next weekday morning.

There is some good news, several times a year we have weekend and evening support. During these periods CIS technical staff carry a pager and are available outside of the normal 8-4:30 M-F CIS support schedule.

The pager is available during the following dates:

Jan. 29th - Feb. 28th, 2005 - weekdays and weekends
April 30th – May 31st , 2005 - weekdays and weekends

Sometimes the problem is with the campus network at an individual college, sometimes the problem is with the Voyager server at the CIS.  Contact the Media Services staff at extension 3241 and they will look into the situation using these troubleshooting steps (password required) and will contact the CIS pager number (password required) if the problem is with the server at the CIS.
