Here are the manuals for Voyager.  Our ORCA Consortium plans to upgrade to Voyager 7.0 on August 12-14th, 2008.

Voyager Module Version 7.0 Version 6.5
Acquisitions User's Guide  The Voyager Acquisitions module manages your library purchases and the activities associated with those purchases.

Call Slip Daemon Implementation & User's Guide

Cataloging User's Guide  Voyager’s Cataloging module provides a means by which MARC 21-based records are created and maintained.  You can create authority, bibliographic, holdings, and item records using the record displays.

Circulation User’s Guide   The Voyager Circulation Module allows you to perform circulation activities for your library using windows that display all of your patron and item information.

Global Index  To use this Index, be sure that all PDFs are open in the same directory. If PDFs are not open in the same directory, links can not be completed and indexed terms can not be found.

Reporter User’s Guide The Reporter module allows users to produce standard reports and notices, such as overdue notices or circulation reports. Reporter works in conjunction with Microsoft Access to print these reports and notices.

System Administration User’s Guide  This user’s guide has been written for the person (or persons) who has the responsibility for implementing the Voyager integrated library system.

Technical User’s Guide  This document provides information regarding basic server procedures and information on many server batch jobs used in Voyager. Additionally, search logging in Voyager, WebAdmin, and the various input and output standard interface file (SIF) formats are covered.

WebVoyáge Architecture Overview and Configuration Modules  The purpose of this document is to provide a description of the architecture of WebVoyáge for displaying information and configuration.

WebVoyáge Basic User’s Guide  The Voyager WebVoyáge module allows staff and patrons to perform searches of MARC21-based records through a web-based online public access catalog. This manual describes the features available to the user performing on-line searching through WebVoyáge, options for customizing each feature, setting up WebVoyáge to connect to and use local and remote databases, and customizing WebVoyáge including *.ini, *.cfg, *.htm, and other related files.
