Requesting a Web Site
Contact the IT Help Desk to request your faculty web site on Flightline,
Highline’s Instruction server. There are two versions of a faculty
home page:
- Single-page site
- This is best if you are planning on using your web site to redirect
students into Blackboard for their classes, or if you are using the site
to store large multimedia files such as PowerPoints and Camtasias
- Multi-page
site - This is best if you are going to have multiple pages, with
information available publicly for several classes or projects.
In your
request, please specify which version you would like to use. You can reach
the Help Desk at ext. 4357 (HELP) or
helpdesk@highline.edu.
If you are creating a Department, Committee, or project web site,
there are customized
templates available for your use. Please
contact Instructional Design for assistance.
