If you need assistance from Help Desk staff with your username or password, your student ID will be required. If you are contacting us by phone or email, we may require additional identifying information for verification purposes.
If you are getting a message that says that you are logged into too many stations simultaneously, please bring your student ID to the Help Desk in the ICC. We will verify your account information and fix the problem.
If you are getting a message that says that your account is expired, please bring your student ID to the Help Desk in the ICC. We will verify your account and registration information and either fix the problem or refer you to Registration or the Cashiers if the problem is in the College registration or payment system.
If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
