If you are having trouble logging in to Instructional Computing systems, please follow these steps:
For IC/Flightline passwords, if you have not yet changed your initial password, verify that you are following the initial username/password pattern, then log into https://myinfo.highline.edu to change your password.
For Blackboard passwords, please use the "Forgot my password" link on the login page to obtain a new password. If Blackboard tells you that your logon does not exist, please contact Instructional Design. Faculty use of Blackboard requires completion of an orientation. ID staff can either schedule an orientation for you, or will request your account if an orientation has already been completed.
If you need your password reset or require additional assistance, please email us at ichelp@highline.edu from your Highline account, call us from your office phone at x4880, or come to the Help Desk in the ICC. We will verify your account and set a temporary password which you can then change. If you need assistance in person from Help Desk staff with your username or password, your staff ID may be required if your identity is not known to the staff on duty.
