 The
Honors College at Washington State University invites students
who are part of an Honors Program at the community college level to
further their studies at WSU. The Honors College and the University
in general welcome academically motivated students to pursue their
four year degree at our institution. We believe the two year Honors’
preparation provides an excellent background for advanced work in
any discipline. Transferring students interested in joining the
Honors College need to complete the application process before
February 1 of the desired year to begin studies at WSU. In most
instances students who complete an AA degree at the CC will discover
that joining Honors might increase their course load per semester to
meet the minimum graduation requirements including a thesis project,
but it is doable.
