Geology Scholarship Award
Each spring the Geology Program at Highline offers a $400
Scholarship Award to a geology major. The criteria for
selection is academic performance, enthusiasm for learning geology
and promoting learning among fellow students, and participation in
geology program events.
To qualify for the award you must:
- Declare geology, earth science or environmental science as a
major
- Have taken at least 15 credit hours in geology courses at
Highline Community College
- Maintain a 3.0 overall GPA
- Be enrolled in classes at Highline at the time of the award
or during the previous quarter.
