Geology Advising
Declared geology majors should definitely work with a geology
faculty advisor. The advisor is an invaluable resource who can
provide you with information about class selection and sequencing
and internships. In addition, the geology advisor can outline
the differences between baccalaureate Geology programs at
colleges in Washington State.
Geology advising is currently done by Dr. Eric Baer. To
make an appointment you can email him at
Geology Advising or call
206.878.3710 ext. 3513.
If you are thinking about declaring geology as your major, you
may want to speak with the geology faculty advisor or a geology
faculty about career options available to you in the field. As a declared
geology major, you will
automatically be assigned to the geology advisor!
