Engineering Scholars Program (ESP)
Highline Community College offers a National Science Foundation scholarship program that provides Engineering students up to $3,125 per year.  To qualify, you must be eligible for financial aid and maintain a 2.5 GPA.

A scholarship program for students pursuing an A.S. Degree in Engineering

The Engineering Scholars Program (ESP) will provide support for academically talented, financially needy students, preparing them to enter a university to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in engineering, following the completion of an Associate of Science (A.S.) Degree in engineering
