Economics 211 Principles of Microeconomics

Introduction to the economic way of thinking. Analyzing individual decision making in the world of scarcity. Topics include demand, costs, price determination, and property rights.

This course is normally offered both day and night summer, fall, winter and spring.

 

Economics 212 Principles of Macroeconomics

Introduction to the aggregate economy. Topics include gross domestic product, inflation, unemployment, money and banking, economic growth, and international trade.

This course is normally offered both day and night summer, fall, winter and spring.

 

Economics 110 Essentials of Economics

This course is offered for non-majors. It is an overview of economic theory with an emphasis on application to present events. It is not available for credit if a student has completed Econ 211 and Econ 212.
