Privacy Policy

Current Status: In effect

The privacy policy applies to all web sites at Highline Community College. It was approved by Executive Staff in June 2002. Any college department collecting information from their web site must collect and use that information according to the guidelines set forth in that policy.

A link to the privacy policy must be placed on all pages which collect information from a user by means of a form or e-mail, and on the portal pages for the web presences. This applies to all three web presences: Public, Direct Instruction, and Intranet.

To link to the privacy policy, place a link on the page with the text "Privacy Policy".  Link that text to the following URL: http://www.highline.edu/home/policy/privacy.htm. DO NOT COPY THE POLICY TO YOUR OWN SITE.
