Campus Web Committee

Background

The current management strategy for Highline's Web Presences was developed by a committee which examined this topic in the winter and spring of 2001. The focus is on sites created by the faculty and staff of the college in the conduct of their work. It does not include personal or web sites developed by students in classes. It also does not cover client-side use of the WWW, except with respect to sites authored at the college.

The following links describe the outcome of that committee's work, and form the core of Highline's WWW strategy. Additional operational procedures and standards can be found on this site. As is true of any activity on the Internet, use of the WWW at Highline continues to evolve.
