CD Check Out Policy

By signing this agreement, I hereby agree to the following terms:

1.         Software loaned through the MSDN academic alliance (software center) will not be loaned to a third party. I understand that loaned software must be returned within 48 hours of checkout, failure to do so will result in my class grade being 0.0 until the software (CD) is returned. I understand that I will be notified of items that are overdue via email.

2.         Additional copies are prohibited, and I understand that I will be liable to prosecution under copyright laws.

3.         I understand that the CD must be returned within 48 hours of checkout.

4.         If I fail to return the CD, the following will happen

· I will be notified by email that the item is overdue

· My instructor will be notified and my grade in that class will be 0.0 until the CD is returned

5.         The license code that is issued by the MSDN academic alliance (software center) system is valid for one installation only..

6.         Hours will be posted for pickup and return of the CDs.

7.         I may only apply for one installation of each operating system and /or application. Re-installation of existing software loaned through the MSDN academic alliance (software center) will need to be made through the online customer support.
