Members of the community at
large are welcome to apply for a Public Borrower's card. In order to
apply, you must come to the Circulation counter and fill out an application
form and present photo ID. Children accompanied by an adult may apply
for a Public Borrower's card.
Public
Borrowers may check out library materials, but must have their card to do
so. Public Borrower's cards expire every 3 years.
Interlibrary
Loan services are not available to Public Borrowers. Members of the
community are encouraged to go to the nearest King
County Library branch for materials not available in the Highline College
library.
