  • Minimum COMPASS reading score of 80, writing score of 65 and intermediate algebra score of 71.

 Web / Database Developer AAS Learning Outcomes
  1. Analyze project requirements and gather information necessary to thoroughly understand project scope and specifications.
  2. Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, both in speech and written documents.
  3. Manage a complex project from start to finish, both individually and in teams.
  4. Determine and apply appropriate technologies and tools to a complex problem.
  5. Design, build and maintain a scalable and minimally redundant database.
  6. Design, create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing and easily navigable Web front-end.
  7. Design, write and maintain client- and server-side program codes to implement appropriate functionality and security to Web applications.
  8. Document all work accurately and thoroughly.
  9. Gain a foundation in general education (speech, writing, humanities and social science) for transfer to a four-year university.
