I-BEST Introduction to Business Technology
(Also known as "Intro to BTECH")

Program Description: Through basic computer and business classes students will prepare for entry level work or other college programs.

Program Information: I-BEST classes are an excellent way to earn college credit while improving reading, writing, and speaking skills or preparing to earn a General Educational Development (GED) certificate. I-BEST classes include five hours of non-credit Adult Basic Education (ABE), English-as-a-Second Language (ESL), and GED instruction that all students must complete.

Degree Options:  Short Term Certificate earned in one quarter. These credits apply to  AAS degrees in Business Technology and Business at Highline.

Entry Requirements

...Minimum ESL level 4 required.

...GED or high school diploma not required, but strongly recommended
