BlackBoard at Highline

I can't remember my password - or - My password doesn't work

BlackBoard will email you a temporary password. You can then log in to the system and change the temporary password.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the BlackBoard server at http://blackboard.highline.edu.
2. Click on the Login button on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link under the password box.
4. Type in your First Name, Last Name, and User Name, and click submit.
5. A message will be sent to you at the address we have on record.

Once you have that message:

1. Click on the link contained in the email. Or, copy the entire email to your web browser.
2. Enter the password you would like to use and click Submit. Remember to follow Highline's Password Standard.
3. Log in to the BlackBoard server using the new password.
