How to Export a Question Pool
In order to export a Quiz, Test, or Survey, the questions must all be in a pool. They cannot be exported directly from a quiz, test, or survey. See the information on creating a question pool from a quiz or test.
Once you have a Question Pool:
- Go to the Control Panel, then Pool Manager.
- Find the quiz in the list of pools, and click on the Export button (at the right edge of the screen).
- BlackBoard will ask you to save an archive file (ZIP file) to your computer. Save that in a place where you will be able to find it.
The archive file can be transferred to another computer through any normal means for transferring files. More information is available on importing a quiz into a course.
