How to create a question pool from an existing quiz or test
If you are trying to export a quiz or a test, you must first create a Question Pool, and then export that. Please note that you cannot create Question Pools from a Survey.
To create a pool from an existing quiz or test:
Create the Pool
- Go to the Pool Manager in the Control Panel.
- Click on Add Pool
- Type in the Name and Description of the pool and click Submit.
Add the questions to the pool
- In the Pool Canvas screen, click on the drop down menu for Add.
- Select "From a Question Pool or Assessment," which is at the bottom of that menu, and click "Go".
- Select the test you'd like to turn into a pool, and select "All" under Question Types.
- Click Search
- Click the check box next to the questions you'd like to import, or click select all at the top of the screen.
- Click Submit, then click OK at the confirmation screen.
