Making Courses Available or Unavailable (Visible or Invisible)
You can make courses disappear from the list of courses that students see when they log in to BlackBoard. They will still appear in your list of courses, until deleted from the server. Courses remain on the server for one quarter after they've ended.
To make a course invisible (or visible):
- Go to the Control Panel in your course.
- Select "Settings" from the Course Options section in the lower left of the page.
- From the list of options, select "Course Availability."
- Select the appropriate option. (To make a course no longer appear to students, click "No." To make a course visible to students, click "Yes."
- Click Submit.
